About

Michael Yazdan is the founder of Yazdan Law, a firm specializing in transactional real estate matters on behalf of lenders, investors and developers. 

 

Mr. Yazdan is an active member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars. He concentrates his practice on sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development. His expertise includes negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, loan commitments, and commercial leases.

 

His experience spans across nearly all real estate assets classes, including mixed-use, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and residential and multi-family properties.

Prior to founding Yazdan Law, Mr. Yazdan practiced at an international law firm in New York where he represented some of the largest institutional lenders and private equity companies in the country.
